Support / FAQs

We here at Aroostook Technologies are changing after hours on call support. Monday through Friday 4:30pm to 7:00pm. If you are calling between these hours, please leave your name, number and a brief message, and one of our technicians will contact you as soon as possible. After 7:00pm Monday through Friday, please leave your name, number and a brief message and we will contact you next business day. Weekend hours have changed as well. Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 12:00pm. If you are calling between these hours, please leave your name, number and a brief message, and one of our technicians will contact you as soon as possible.  If you call after 12:00pm, please leave your name, number and a brief message and we will contact you the following day. We apologize if this is an inconvenience and thank you for your support!

For all of us at ATI, we take customer support very seriously and value each and every customer we have. We understand that the terminology that’s used to identify components and technical devices can be confusing and can sound like a language other than English. So we created these step-by-step videos to follow that should help make it easier to understand how to perform basic troubleshooting procedures.

Remote Support

With the extreme nature of the climate here in our home of northern Maine, we strongly encourage all of our customers to install software on their PCs that grants us the ability , with your permission only, to access your PC remotely to troubleshoot problems you may encounter. We’ve tried a number of different software products and have concluded that Crossloop® seems to work the best for us. If you are an ATI customer and don’t have this installed or if you’re being directed by one of our very friendly support staff to download it and install it so we can help you, you can find it >> HERE <<.
